Responsibilities:

Handle onboarding by preparing employee/consultant files, collecting documents, and maintaining digital & physical records.

Coordinate with consultants for timesheets and manage contracts/data accurately.

Draft, review, and manage NDAs, Consulting, and Vendor Agreements.

Work with management for agreement finalization and signatures.
-
Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and secure documentation practices.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree (preferred: HR, Business Administration, or related field)
-
0–2 years of HR experience (freshers with internships may apply)
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and compliance
-
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Preferred:
-
Experience with HR software/tools (HRMS, payroll systems, etc.)
-
Basic knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
-
Prior internship or exposure in HR operations
-
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
