Responsibilities:

  • Handle onboarding by preparing employee/consultant files, collecting documents, and maintaining digital & physical records.

  • Coordinate with consultants for timesheets and manage contracts/data accurately.

  • Draft, review, and manage NDAs, Consulting, and Vendor Agreements.

  • Work with management for agreement finalization and signatures.

  • Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and secure documentation practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: HR, Business Administration, or related field)

  • 0–2 years of HR experience (freshers with internships may apply)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and compliance

  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with HR software/tools (HRMS, payroll systems, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance

  • Prior internship or exposure in HR operations

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
