Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase company offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and align them with MS Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and prepare regular reports.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or willingness to learn.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years (BDE) / 3–6 years (BDM) of experience in Business Development / Sales.
