Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase company offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and align them with MS Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and prepare regular reports.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or willingness to learn.
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years (BDE) / 3–6 years (BDM) of experience in Business Development / Sales.
